I’m a horror fan but I can’t remember the name of one movie that I saw long time ago

Hi, so I can remember only some parts. The action takes place in an apartment one night, there are 2 couples and one girl(i can’t remember if she is the daughter of one couple). So the story is that one guy decides to kill everybody one by one. Before that, he uses the computer and chats with somebody that tells him that he can do whatever he desires or something like that. He ties up both girls before killing them(i remember he was very frustrated about something). And the next morning he can’t remember why he had done that. So that’s all I can remember about the movie
