Early 90’s LA hood/hiphop movie

I’m looking for a name for a movie from early 90’s (?). It is set in LA? and what I remember that there was a group of 3-4 African american males, who were making music. Then there was some racism and police brutality towards this group and due to this group felt apart. Part of the group became more and more against norms and society, and made song, which was called “black” (maybe), lyrics were only blackblackblackblack… etc.

That is more or less all I can remember
