1950s black and white: 2 criminals stalk a young, attractive neighbour

I saw this on Kanopy, but I can’t remember the title. 2 criminals end up in an empty house and perve on the next door neighbour who sunbathes by the pool. The neighbours wife is at work, and so she is alone with the 2 dodgy characters next door. I can’t recall how it ends.
