Animated movie where bad guys army gets fused with their weapons and armor

I remember watching this movie ages ago, I’d almost say post 2005.
The only scene I quite clearly remember is mentioned above in the title.
I remember there being a guy with morning stars for arms and also a chicken getting fused by accident.
