Movie about native Americans

I don’t know what the name of this movie is. I know that in one part the movie a native woman with an infant baby is stuck in a hole of some kind that is filling with water from rain. I also remember that at the end it shows Europeans arriving in ships on a beach and the two natives witness it. Also I’m one part of the movie I think, a large spiked wall impales a native warrior.
