I’m searching for a film set in Indonesia or around, in WWI times, in which the captain of a (probably British) sails ship, all white, fights for the local population. The antagonist, another captain (of a similar but black ship) ends up using a german iron battleship, or ironclad, which the good folks make explode.
The movie is from the late 70’s or the 80’s and most probably British, maybe Italian.

Confirmed, it is not this one.
The german ship in this movie is destroyed by a bomb. In the film I’m searching for, it is destroyed by one of its own cannons spinning and hitting a cannon projectile put there by the protagonist’s friends.
