So a dad whose ex military gets attacked by some people who take his daughter I specifically remember he breaks into a weapons store steals a dinghy and a rocket launcher with 4 rockets kinda hard to forget that and it is smart I am but he also gets in one of the planes that land in water really good show just can’t remember it

His kid is kidnapped, and he goes to save her. He does have a 4 barrel rocket launcher (I forget where he got it, and dont remember the dingy) and does use a large Sea Plane to go after the bad guys and get her back.
