In the early-mid 80s, as a kid, I woke up and walked in on the folks watching a movie. It must have traumatized me because I still remember this scene. I was hoping to possible revisit it to get it out of my brain. It’s a color movie.
A gang hunts down a man and a woman. There is an underpass and a one guy, a protagonist is being held against a wall and his face is being cut with a knife. There is a female protagonist who is also being held against the wall and one of the accosters is feeling her up.
Any hints? I don’t know horror movies very well.

It could possibly be Mad foxes, later there is a scene in the cinema where he hires a bunch inept kung fu experts to get revenge and the main gang leader is castrated.

Considering that you saw it about 25 years ago, could it be that you’ve mixed scenes together from Clockwork Orange (1971)?
