Movie about a nanny i think who marries her boss

So I remember watching this movie in the early 2000 and I think it was on Disney but all i can remember is that the movie is about a new nanny or something like that who works for a rich man who’s wife died and has two children a boy and a girl and i think that by the end of the movie they get married.It might also have a sequel.
