Pretty sure that is French actor Daniel Pommereulle. I think it is a still from Eric Rhomer’s 1967 film La Collectionneuse. English title “The Collector”. I watched a lot of Rhomer’s films decades ago when I was in college, but I can’t find the full movie on youtube to verify.
