Near the start a man is hit by a can, his briefcase falls open and his model rat/mouse fall out over the road. The man then becomes the driver’s friend. The driver then has a meeting with his boss that tells him there is a talent show being hosted and to win you must find a person with the strangest talent to participate, the man who can find the strangest person wins. The driver then tells the model mouse maker to come along and convinces him its to show his talent and not to make fun of him. The talent show happens, there is a big fight and the house burns down. Oh and its a comedy.
