I found this (http://img31.mtime.cn/mg/2014/05/27/232834.50787156.jpg) using https://tineye.com/, but I don’t know if it’s info about the just picture of what’s in the picture (I think it’s in chinese), and since you said you’ve said pretty much tried every reverse image search sites out there, maybe you’ve already seen it, but I thought I’d share anyways!
