Help me find this film I watched when I was a kid. My mom insists I wouldn’t have watched something so horrific as a child, but my dad was weird. The red-headed boy writes on the wall with pig’s blood at some point. I remember him showing another kid from school the severed head of their teacher. It sort of rolls off of a pile of garbage as the reveal. Gruesome. Help!

I can’t recall if there is the specific scene of the head rolling down but it could be the film The Butcher Boy
He is a red headed boy, and he does murder someone and he writes “pig” in her blood.
